Main feature:
The basic parts of the machine were formed by high-quality cast which was re-melted in order to eliminate internal stress. The guide-way surface is quenched by the Ultrasonic Frequency and it is in a high hardness and wear resistant. Straightness and parallel precision in the whole travel was guaranteed by the precise grinding of the guide-way surface.
The excellent rigidity, reliability and precision thank to the scientific design of the machine.
Spindle group parts are made in Taiwan and spindle bear are high-precision rolling which ensure rigidity and rotation accuracy that is suitable for heavy duty cutting.
X/Y/Z axis adopts precise liner scale which was processed by pre-stretching. And the two sides of liner scale are supported by high-precision rolling bear which guarantees excellent accuracy and repeatability of axes.
This machine adopts automatic displacement lubricating pump which feed lubricate parts in time and in ration. That will ensure the lubrication of all rolling surface and reduce the resistance of slip friction effectively.
Taiwan umbrella-type tool magazine makes the tool-changing process easy, flexible and reliable.
CNC system adopts German SIEMENS 802D/840D System. XYZ axis and spindle adopts numerical alternating current servo control in an excellent operation platform and high reliability.
Precision is guaranteed by the examination of the laser interferometer which will examine the accuracy, repeatability\ backlash space and compensation of XYZ axes before machines are delivered.
