Main features
The excellent rigidity, reliability and precision thank to the scientific design of the gantry structure. Two straight guide-ways of the Y axis, of which the upside is in horizontal and the downside is in vertical, make the machine in high rigidity and suitable for heavy duty cutting.
The basic parts of the machine were made by high-quality cast which was re-melted in order to eliminate internal stress. The Z axis guide-way surface is quenched by the Ultrasonic Frequency and it is in a high hardness and wear resistant.
X/Y axis guide-way is high-precision straight rolling and to reduce the resistance and accelerate the moving speed. Z axis adopts sliding guide to improve the cutting reliability.
X/Y/Z axis adopts precise liner scale which was processed by pre-stretching. And the two sides of liner scale are supported by high-precision rolling bear which guarantees excellent accuracy and repeatability of each axis.
Spindle group parts are made in Taiwan and spindle bear are high-precision rolling which ensure rigidity and rotation accuracy that is suitable for heavy duty cutting.
This machine adopts automatic displacement lubricating pump which feed lubricate parts in time and in ration. That will ensure the lubrication of all rolling surface and reduce the resistance of slip friction effectively.
Taiwan chain cam robot tool magazine makes the tool-changing process accurate, fast, smooth and reliable.
CNC system adopts German Siemens 802D/840D System. XYZ axis and spindle adopts numerical alternating current servo control which in an excellent operation platform and high reliability.
Precision is guaranteed by the examination of the laser interferometer which will examine the accuracy, repeatability\ backlash space and compensation of XYZ axes before machines are delivered.
