The cross structured U/V axe with linear guide-ways and precise screws as its movement elements provides taper cutting with high accuracy.
Z-axis can be moved up and down manually for adapting the different thickness of the work-piece.
Wire tension device allows machining last a longer time automatically in the absence of operators.
The velocity of wire container can be modulated in steps which conveniently meets the needs for cutting work-piece with different thickness and roughness.

NC programming takes the standard ISO G-code. Imbedded CAD/CAM programming system allows operators to design NC programs automatically by key-in drawings in machine or receiving drawing files in DXF format from serial communication interface.
Trouble shooting will be very easy to achieve using Diagnostic function.
With the small hand-box, operators can operate the machine within short distance.
By RS-232 serial communication interface and USB interface, the machine can exchange datum with programming computers or control certer conveniently.
